When I joined Podium Education, a fast-growing edtech startup founded in 2020, the focus had been on scaling the product — not defining the brand. As the company grew to over 60 employees, it became clear that a unified visual identity and design system were needed to support future growth.
I collaborated with the Head of Brand and Product Marketing to create Podium’s first comprehensive style guide. The project established visual direction, tone, and design standards that now serve as the foundation for brand consistency across teams and channels.
